A vet and and engineer who opted out of the rat race 21 years ago, realized that conventional farming was not sustainable in the long term, so investigated alternatives long before the word Organic was known. We're still small scale, hands on polyculture (not monoculture), and make organic wine, port, grappa and brandy, nuts, olives, herbs and hand made cards.
